Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Muzaffarpur, involves managing the Human Resources department of Hotel Simna International. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling payroll, and organizing training programs for staff development. Additional tasks include performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and addressing employee grievances.

Qualifications

• Human Resources management, Recruitment, and Onboarding skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Payroll management and Employee Relations skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
