What You’ll be responsible for: 1. Oversee and manage the ERP system, including supervision and verification of data entries made by junior accountants.2. Lead the accounts team to ensure timely daily reconciliation of payments, receipts, and expense entries.3. Ensure timely compliance and filings for TDS, TCS, and GST4. Monitor and analyze capital rotation, cash flow, and expenses to ensure efficient financial operations.5. Supervise overall cash flow, purchase, and sales transactions to maintain the financial health of the company.6. Prepare and review MIS reports to provide insights into profit margins, cost structures, and key financial metrics.7. Execute monthly salary disbursements and handle employee reimbursements.8. Coordinate and communicate with external Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) for statutory compliance and audits.
