Backend Operations Associate

What You’ll be responsible for:

• Working on the company’s indigenous ERP system, handling overall operations at the back-end.

• Keeping in check the stock, the in-flow, the cash flow, and trade positions; the data is key to plan the next day.

• Handling the procurement process digitally, communicating with and directing the ground staff to make sure the process is smooth, timely, and the data accurate.

• Working in sync with the operations and accounts teams for end-to-end operational efficiency.

• Being a part of the further development of the ERP system as we expand our services for the farmers.

• Coordination with multiple internal teams (procurement, accounts, logistics) to collect data, direct, and execute solutions to daily problems.

• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Heightened senses and time management in high-stakes, time-sensitive situations.
