We conduct direct trades between farmers and institutional buyers (e.g. mills and factories) by handling fair pricing, quality assurance, instant payments, and seamless logistics on their behalf.Bull Agritech has established a robust operational footprint across rural Gujarat. We are digitally connected to 40,000+ farmers in over 500 villages across 10 districts. Since inception, we have facilitated commodity trades worth âč100+ crore involving 12,000+ farmers. Through 10 strategically located collection centers and a convenient âbuy-from-homeâ service, we have effectively eliminated middlemenâensuring farmers receive fair market prices and a larger share of the value for their produce. What Youâll be responsible for: 1. Oversee and manage the ERP system, including supervision and verification of data entries made by junior accountants.2. Lead the accounts team to ensure timely daily reconciliation of payments, receipts, and expense entries.3. Ensure timely compliance and filings for TDS, TCS, and GST4. Monitor and analyze capital rotation, cash flow, and expenses to ensure efficient financial operations.5. Supervise overall cash flow, purchase, and sales transactions to maintain the financial health of the company.6. Prepare and review MIS reports to provide insights into profit margins, cost structures, and key financial metrics.7. Execute monthly salary disbursements and handle employee reimbursements.8. Coordinate and communicate with external Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) for statutory compliance and audits.
