Backend Operations Associate

The position of Backend Operations Associate at FitBodyMinded in Bandra, Mumbai is a full-time role with working hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As a vibrant and growing women's athleisure brand, FitBodyMinded is dedicated to empowering women through stylish, comfortable, and functional activewear. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to delivering seamless customer experiences by managing day-to-day backend operations. As a Backend Operations Associate, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the smooth operations of our D2C fashion brand. Your main responsibilities will include: Order Processing & Packing: Handling daily orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers. Customer Support Assistance: Addressing basic customer queries and requests in collaboration with the team. Inventory Management: Sorting new stock, updating inventory records, and maintaining organization in the backend. Computer-Based Tasks: Utilizing basic software to log orders, track inventory, and generate reports for efficient operations. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to maintain an efficient workflow and contribute to a positive work environment. We welcome freshers to apply for this position.
