The position of Backend Operations Associate at FitBodyMinded in Bandra, Mumbai is a full-time role with working hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As a vibrant and growing women's athleisure brand, FitBodyMinded is dedicated to empowering women through stylish, comfortable, and functional activewear. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to delivering seamless customer experiences by managing day-to-day backend operations. As a Backend Operations Associate, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the smooth operations of our D2C fashion brand. Your main responsibilities will include: Order Processing & Packing: Handling daily orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers. Customer Support Assistance: Addressing basic customer queries and requests in collaboration with the team. Inventory Management: Sorting new stock, updating inventory records, and maintaining organization in the backend. Computer-Based Tasks: Utilizing basic software to log orders, track inventory, and generate reports for efficient operations. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to maintain an efficient workflow and contribute to a positive work environment. We welcome freshers to apply for this position. Basic computer knowledge is required, and training will be provided to enhance your skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with good organizational skills, reliable, punctual, willing to learn and grow in the fashion/retail industry, and possess a positive attitude as a team player.
