What you’ll do:

✨ Lead end-to-end HR operations

✨ Drive recruitment for outlet staff & corporate roles

✨ Build strong training, culture & performance management practices

✨ Support expansion and workforce planning as we scale across India

Manage payroll and compliance

Who we’re looking for:

✔ 3–6 years HR experience (F&B / QSR / Retail experience is a big plus)

✔ Strong communication & people skills

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment

✔ Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate
