About Gabru Di Chaap:

Gabru Di Chaap is a fast-growing QSR brand that’s revolutionizing North Indian street-style food with a

bold, modern touch. As we expand rapidly, we’re building a strong backend to support consistent quality,

timely supply, and cost-efficient procurement across all our outlets.


Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Purchase Manager to take ownership of end-to-end procurement, inventory

management, and vendor operations for all Gabru Di Chaap outlets. The ideal candidate should have prior

experience in QSR/F&B supply chain, a strong understanding of food procurement processes, and the

ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

  • Handle daily and bulk procurement of raw materials, packaging, kitchen equipment, and
  • consumables as per brand requirements.

Vendor Development & Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers for all categories. Build long-term vendor relationships
  • ensuring quality, pricing, and timely deliveries.

Inventory Oversight:

  • Implement inventory control systems across outlets and central kitchens. Monitor stock levels,
  • minimize pilferage, and avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Cost Control & Negotiation:

  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors. Continuously explore cost-saving opportunities
  • without compromising on quality.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and billing documentation. Ensure all vendors meet
  • food safety and regulatory standards.

Forecasting & Planning:

  • Work with operations to forecast requirements based on store consumption trends and new outlet
  • launches.

Tech & Systems Integration:

  • Use inventory and procurement management tools (POS/ERP) to streamline and automate
  • purchasing processes.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4–7 years of experience in procurement/inventory/vendor management, preferably in QSR,
  • restaurant chains, or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, perishables, and cold-chain logistics.
  • Proven negotiation, vendor management, and cost control skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement/inventory software (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, Zoho Inventory, or similar
  • tools).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
