Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut for a Purchase Manager. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the procurement of materials and services meets quality, cost, and delivery targets. Key day-to-day tasks include developing purchase strategies, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of purchases and preparing regular reports for management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, supplier negotiation, and inventory management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for developing purchasing strategies and forecasting needs
• Proficiency in contract management, pricing strategies, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor relationship management
• Proficiency in using purchasing or inventory management software
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the advertising or digital media industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
