Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure smooth workflows

🔹 Manage SLAs, implement SOPs, and uphold quality standards

🔹 Handle internal and external stakeholder communications

🔹 Monitor and improve team performance using defined KPIs

🔹 Delegate tasks and set operational goals

🔹 Resolve daily hurdles and remove roadblocks for the team

🔹 Use CRM tools for workflow and client management

🔹 Coach, motivate, and support team members in their growth

Desired Profile:

✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in core business operations

✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

✔️ Hands-on experience with CRM tools

✔️ Engineering background preferred

✔️ Proactive mindset with a track record of team success
