Team Lead – Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 analysts, ensuring effective workload distribution and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team efficiency and engagement.
• Monitor and manage KPIs related to productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to resolve escalations and support business priorities.
• Develop a strong understanding of internal systems to handle both general and specialized team requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Participate in special initiatives and projects as required.
• Perform quality assurance testing of client sites and track issue resolution.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (understanding and creating formulas).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and train team members effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a transaction processing or shared services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, Data Visualization).
