Job Description

Key Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP CO modules to meet business requirements. Support financial reporting and budgeting processes within SAP. Develop cost center structures and profit center accounting. Conduct routine analysis of financial data for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements. Design and implement internal controls for cost management. Provide user training and support for SAP CO functionalities. Document and maintain system configurations and operational procedures. Assist in system upgrades and migrations related to CO modules. Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements from stakeholders. Prepare and present financial analysis reports to management. Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Act as a liaison between finance and IT departments for system integration. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to cost management. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CO consultancy or relevant role. Strong understanding of SAP CO modules and functionality. Proficient in financial analysis and cost accounting principles. Experience with SAP FICO integration is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of financial compliance regulations and standards. Project management experience preferred. Understanding of business processes across various departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. SAP certification in Controlling (CO) is advantageous. Willingness to continue professional development and training.
