Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, processes, and practices to ensure a productive work environment. Daily tasks include recruitment, employee onboarding, policy development, performance management, and handling employee relations. The HR Manager will also oversee training and development programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflicts effectively
• Experience in training and development programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a dynamic work environment and coworking sector is a plus
