Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR management activities, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The Specialist will also support the development and execution of HR strategies and processes to ensure the efficient operation of HR functions.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a coworking or similar dynamic workspace environment is a plus
