Job Description

Role Overview: As a HR specialist at Chitkara International School, you will play a crucial role in advising and managing school leadership, along with being responsible for various HR deliverables such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR operations. Your innovative solutions and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills will be key in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and promoting a conflict-free workplace.
