Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and conduct onboarding
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and provide payroll inputs
  • Maintain employee files and HRMS data
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling
  • Coordinate performance reviews and training needs
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and statutory requirements
  • Recruitment and interviewing skills
  • Problem-solving & conflict management
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS

Qualifications
