This includes developing market strategies, acquiring new clients, managing a sales team, and working towards revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B marketing experience in the plastic, packaging, or industrial products sector. 🔶 Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning: Define and implement annual marketing and sales plans aligned with company goals. Identify target markets for each product line (retail, wholesale, institutional buyers, etc.). Set competitive pricing strategies and develop customer-specific proposals. 2. Business Development & Client Acquisition: Build a strong B2B client base (FMCG, agriculture, milk unions, packaging companies, logistics firms). Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms. Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners. 3. Branding & Promotion: Oversee creation and management of company brochures, website, logo, marketing materials, etc. Promote products via LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing, and relevant online platforms. Plan and represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. 4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct training, assign territories, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity. 5. Market Research & Reporting: Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer feedback, and new trends. Prepare monthly dashboards, MIS reports, and strategic reviews for senior management. Recommend product improvements based on customer needs and market feedback. 🔶 Qualifications: BBA/MBA in Marketing (mandatory) Technical/Engineering background (preferred but not mandatory) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Digital Marketing Tools 🔶 Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales Prior experience in marketing plastic products (especially buckets, containers, crates, or HDPE bottles) is highly preferred Experience dealing with distributors, large institutional buyers, and OEM clients 🔶 Required Skills: Strong client relationship & negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Ability to close high-value deals and manage large accounts Strategic thinking, lead generation, and field sales capabilities Ready to travel as required for business development 🔶 Benefits Offered: Attractive fixed salary + performance bonus Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement Career growth to senior leadership roles Salary range: 35k-45k + Performance bonus ( depends on experience and skills )

Your Role As HR Manager, you’ll own the people agenda end-to-end: Workforce Planning & Hiring : Build manpower pipelines for operators, engineers, supervisors, and corporate staff. Partner with ITIs and institutes for apprenticeships. Industrial Relations & Compliance : Ensure zero non-compliances (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factories Act, POSH). Manage contractors with fairness and firmness. Payroll & Systems : Run attendance, shifts, OT, and payroll with precision. Implement HRMS for live dashboards. Performance & Capability : Introduce KRAs/KPIs, skill matrix for operators, and appraisal cycles. Drive structured training (safety, SOP, upskilling). Culture & Engagement : Reduce absenteeism, improve retention, run engagement calendars, and build a safe, positive workplace culture. Boardroom Contribution : Present people dashboards, attrition/OT insights, and workforce strategy directly to top management. Who We’re Looking For 3-6 years HR experience with at least 1+ years in manufacturing (plant HR, IR, compliance). Strong command of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories). Comfortable with shopfloor realities : absenteeism, OT, contract labour, shift handling. Proven ability to handle both blue-collar workforce and corporate staff . Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi , and working English. Data-driven mindset: Excel/Google Sheets + HRMS familiarity.
