Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the relationship with external vendors and consultants, such as insurance brokers, benefit providers, and compensation surveys. - Providing guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits issues, including salary reviews, bonus plans, incentive schemes, recognition programs, benefits enrollment, and resolving their queries. - Conducting regular audits and reviews of the compensation and benefits programs and recommending improvements and enhancements as needed. - Responding to and resolving incoming service requests from managers, employees, and HR colleagues. - Promoting a working culture where processes are followed to secure service delivery quality. - Verifying, maintaining, improving, and updating the HR information in the internal HR knowledge database. - Cooperating with HR Business Partner on specific service requests when relevant. - Monitoring and keeping up to date with developments/best practices in the field of HR. - Arranging Training/Development sessions for employees on performance management, process & career development, etc. - Arranging/coordinating for the celebration of in-house cultural events like festivals, birthday celebrations of employees, etc. You will also be responsible for supporting General Administration on routine work and any other responsibilities given from time to time by reporting to the authority/Director. Additionally, you will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing JDs, Job Posting on portals, coordinating with consultants, identifying correct profiles by regular follow-up, profile screening, shortlisting, and arranging interviews. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Masters degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. - At least 3-5 years of experience in Human resource management in a Manufacturing Company or a multinational environment. - Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations. - Proficient in presentation written & verbal. - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems and tools. - Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,
