As a Sr. BPO Operations Manager of ContentCAB.IN, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for a high-performance team while simultaneously fostering efficiency growth and motivating your team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing your team's activities, ensuring efficient use of resources to foster a productive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment. With three supporting Operations Managers, an HR Manager and Desktop Support Manager, the Sr. Operations Manager will need strong analytical skills to assess and leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve ContentCAB.INs business goals. Candidates must have at least 8-10 years of Operations Management of team sizes no less than 50 people, BPO teams preferred. Through the use of data, offer guidance and direction to Operations Managers and team members alike, motivating them to achieve ContentCAB.INs goals and objectives. Make strategic decisions, allocate resources, and set priorities for organizational targets. Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, Operations Managers, and the company's US-based stakeholders. Actively participate in management recruitment selection, on-boarding, retraining programs, and performance plans alongside the HR Manager. Identify workflow and system bottlenecks that diminish team performance and then collaboratively work to build and implement solutions to remove these roadblocks. Assist in the design, implementation, and use of performance metrics ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Have 8+ years performance management experience, with a proven track record of working with bottom-quartile employees, providing structured support, clear objectives, and feedback to address performance challenges. Leverage performance data to identify and promote the professional development of high-performing team members. Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and analyze key KPIs, providing insight into job performance metrics and trends. Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure targets are met. Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. Candidates for this role must have: 8+ years of managing 50+ person teams; BPO teams preferred 8+ years of proven operational management experience; BPO preferred 15+ years of work experience A demonstrated history of leading and motivating teams that resulted in a positive and productive work environment. Strong decision-making skills with the capability to guide and influence large teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and corporate stakeholders and an ability to convey complex data and information clearly and concisely. An analytical mindset for assessing performance and opportunities, implementing effective solutions to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency. Experience in recruiting and managing diverse teams where through ongoing training, performance optimization and professional development have flourished. Sound judgment and decision-making skills, considering short-term and long-term goals. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as well as the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently. Willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies while being proficient with computers and basic software applications.
