Job Title: Senior Demand Generation Manager Location: Work from Office (Mohali 8b) Reports To: VP of Marketing Team: Marketing About the Role We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive new pipeline creation and accelerate engagement with our existing database. This role will play a critical part in our go-to-market success, owning lead generation strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Funnel Growth Own and execute top-of-funnel growth campaigns to expand net-new MQLs via SEO, paid social, content syndication, referral programs, and partnerships Activate and optimize intent data sources (ZoomInfo, Bombora, etc.) to identify and engage high-fit accounts Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce assets that support campaign goals (webinars, assessments, gated content, lead magnets) Campaign Strategy & Execution Build and manage multi-touch nurture sequences tailored by lead score, behavior, and segment Develop and run targeted ABM campaigns in partnership with sales for high-value accounts Launch and manage interactive campaigns like quizzes, surveys, and ROI calculators to drive deeper engagement BDR Enablement & Mid-Funnel Optimization Partner with BDRs to develop scalable outbound playbooks, including email templates, call scripts, and video outreach strategies Equip BDRs with personalized follow-up tools (Vidyard, SMS workflows, LinkedIn InMail tactics) and monitor performance Segment leads by engagement status and implement personalized nurture journeys to warm up cold or stalled leads Performance Analytics & Optimization Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and MQL growth weekly and monthly Test, learn, and iterate across every channel – continuously improving conversion rates and lowering CAC Maintain database hygiene and ensure accurate lead routing to sales Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing (SaaS or healthcare preferred) Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and lead scoring models (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Account Engagement) Hands-on experience with paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, content syndication, and intent data platforms Familiarity with ABM tools, retargeting platforms, and video prospecting tools (e.g., Demandbase, RollWorks, Vidyard) Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with minimal oversight Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills What Success Looks Like 30%+ increase in net-new MQLs within 6 months Consistent delivery of qualified leads to BDR team with reduced contact fatigue Fully operational nurture program segmented by lead type and engagement tier Clear, actionable reporting dashboards with visibility into campaign ROI and MQL conversion Bonus Points Experience in behavioral health, healthcare SaaS, or compliance-driven industries Built or contributed to outbound playbooks for BDR teams Has launched interactive or experiential digital campaigns Ready to drive impact and scale pipeline?
