Job Description

Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies focused on driving sales pipeline and revenue growth through OEM partnerships and Ishan Products
  • Collaborate with OEM partners to develop and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) plans that align with business objectives and target markets.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to support demand generation activities, ensuring optimal utilization and ROI.
  • Drive and manage OEM-based events, including webinars, seminars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and foster relationships with partners and prospects.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media, to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel along with Digital marketing member.
  • Track, analyze, and report on demand generation activities and campaign performance, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution and to measure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment of demand generation activities with sales objectives and product messaging.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • OEM-based GTM: Measure the success of GTM initiatives with OEM partners, including partner recruitment, enablement, and joint marketing activities, in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • MDF Planning & Consumption: Monitor the planning, allocation, and utilization of MDF to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, and maximize ROI on marketing investments.
  • OEM-based Events: Evaluate the effectiveness of OEM-based events in generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and fostering partner and prospect engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Drive and execute DG activities with fixed KPI/ number of leads to be generated, work with Digital marketing to optimize campaign to ensure maximum leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working with OEM partners and managing joint marketing initiatives is preferred.
