Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Source reliable vendors and suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts and pricing. Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships. Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services as per project or operational requirements. Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and timelines. Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply risk reduction. Maintain procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and pricing history. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the procurement process. Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
