Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows that drive lead nurturing, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in CRM systems, email marketing, lead scoring, and campaign automation, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Automation Strategy & Execution
· Design and implement end-to-end marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention.
· Build multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) integrated with CRM and analytics tools.
· Develop lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects.
2. CRM & Integration
· Manage and optimize CRM integrations with marketing platforms.
· Ensure data hygiene, segmentation, and syncing across systems.
3. Campaign Management
· Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs.
· Automate trigger-based campaigns for lifecycle stages (MQL → SQL → Customer).
4. Analytics & Optimization
· Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates).
· Generate weekly/monthly reports and recommend improvements.
5. Personalization & AI-driven Automation
· Implement dynamic content personalization based on user behaviour and intent.
· Explore AI-driven automation tools for predictive lead nurturing and chatbots.
6. Compliance & Deliverability
· Ensure compliance with GDPR, DPDP Act, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
· Maintain high deliverability rates through best practices.
Additional B2B-Focused Responsibilities
· Build account-based marketing (ABM) workflows for enterprise clients.
· Integrate automation with sales enablement tools for pipeline acceleration.
· Support webinar and event automation (registration, reminders, follow-ups).
· Collaborate with content and performance teams to align automation with campaigns.
Required Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
· Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms.
· Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and data-driven marketing.
Skills & Tools
· Automation Platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho CRM, segment.io, clearbit.
· Email Marketing: Mailchimp, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Azure Communication Service
· Analytics: GA4, Data Studio, attribution tools.
· Scripting: Basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
KPIs
· Lead Nurturing Efficiency: % of MQLs converted to SQLs.
· Campaign Performance: Open rates, CTR, conversion rates.
· Automation Impact: Reduction in manual tasks, increase in pipeline velocity.
· Compliance: Zero violations of data privacy regulations.
