Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist (AI & n8n Specialist)Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to architect, build, and optimize our digital marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will go beyond simple email drips; you will leverage n8n and AI agents to create autonomous systems that handle lead enrichment, content personalization, and multi-channel campaign orchestration. You will be the bridge between our marketing strategy and the technical execution of "agentic" workflows.Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain complex multi-step workflows in n8n to automate end-to-end marketing operations.
  • AI Agent Deployment: Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5) into workflows to create "AI Marketing Agents" capable of personalized messaging, sentiment analysis, and autonomous lead qualifying.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Automate lead capture, enrichment (using tools like Clearbit or LinkedIn Scraping), and real-time syncing between our website, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and communication channels.
  • Campaign Optimization: Execute A/B testing on automated sequences and use AI-augmented analytics to refine conversion rates and ROI.
  • System Integration: Connect third-party SaaS tools, databases, and internal APIs using Webhooks and REST API protocols.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure clean data flows across the stack and maintain compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on Automation: 2+ years of experience with n8n (Cloud or Self-hosted), including advanced node logic, expressions, and error handling.
  • AI Proficiency: Proven experience with Prompt Engineering and integrating AI models into workflows for content generation or data processing.
  • Technical Stack:
  • Proficiency in APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.
  • Strong knowledge of CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/Python for custom logic within n8n nodes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to map complex customer journeys and translate them into logical flowcharts/diagrams.
  • Growth Marketing: Deep understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and drip campaign best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) within marketing agents.
  • Certification in n8n or major marketing platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
