We are looking for a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist who will own Infojinis email automation, CRM reporting, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-driven outbound engine. This role is critical for driving qualified MQLs and SALs across advanced technology service lines such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Custom Application Services for US, Middle East, and APAC markets. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise with enterprise automation platforms and deep experience running B2B IT Services campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute segmented email campaigns, drip workflows, and automated nurture sequences tailored to advanced tech services (Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Application Services).
• Create and refine audience segments using ICP attributes, industry verticals, persona characteristics, lifecycle stages, intent signals, and behavioral engagement patterns.
• Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle including building lead scoring models, optimizing MQL SAL flows, and driving structured automation handoffs to SDR/Sales teams.
• Execute LinkedIn Ads and ICP-focused outreach using Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Retargeting, Conversation Ads, and personalized InMail campaigns for advanced technology buyers.
• Maintain clean CRM operations, ensure accurate field mapping, fix integration issues, and provide consistent funnel visibility across Marketing and Sales.
• Build marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks inside CRM to track campaign effectiveness, attribution paths, lead velocity, and pipeline contribution.
• Use AI outreach tools like Artisan, Instantly, or Apollo to build multi-touch outbound workflows, prospect follow-ups, and nurture sequences aligned with advanced tech service lines.
• Track performance metrics across email, LinkedIn, outbound automation, and CRM; optimize deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, reply rates, and booked meetings.
• Ensure UTM governance, attribution tracking, and reporting excellence across all campaign and outreach channels.
• Collaborate with Content, SDR, Sales, and Design teams to ensure consistent messaging for technical service offerings across email, LinkedIn, ABM, and nurture workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on Digital Marketing Automation experience in B2B IT Services, especially campaigns promoting advanced technologies (Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Application Services).
• Mandatory experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Zoho, and Marketo (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign are acceptable additions but not substitutes).
• Strong ability to build automated nurture flows, segmentation logic, lifecycle funnels, and lead scoring frameworks.
• Proven experience executing LinkedIn Ads + InMail campaigns for enterprise IT buyers and technical decision-makers.
• Working proficiency with AI SDR tools (Artisan, Instantly, Apollo, or equivalents) for automated outbound campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in CRM dashboards, attribution models, and performance measurement.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with SDRs, Content, Sales, and Design teams for unified messaging and funnel optimization.
• Bonus: Experience in ABM campaigns, sales enablement automation, or data enrichment workflows.
