Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as

  LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

• Evaluate candidates’

  technical skills

  and cultural fit through resume screening and initial discussions.
• Maintain and update the

  applicant tracking system (ATS)

  and recruitment dashboards.
• Coordinate and manage interviews with technical panels and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure a positive

  candidate experience

  throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay updated with

  market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies

  to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in Engineering/Technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of Embedded, VLSI, and Technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.
