About the Role:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client relationships from onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention.
  
• Act as a strategic partner to key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Delivery, Sales, and Operations) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand hiring requirements, project updates, and upcoming needs.
  
• Develop account plans, track performance metrics, and report progress to management.
  
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and renewals to ensure mutual profitability.
  
• Manage escalations effectively and ensure client expectations are met consistently.
  
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 7 to 9 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in

  IT staffing, recruitment, or professional services

  .
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client delivery, and team management.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
