Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
domestic IT requirements
.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
, referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on the technical requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with delivery managers to understand project hiring needs.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an
IT recruiter (Domestic market)
– minimum 1 year.
Strong understanding of various IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, Data Science, etc.).
Hands-on experience with job portals like
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Graduate or Post-Graduate in HR, IT, or a related field.
