Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic/India IT roles across various technologies and experience levels.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social networks, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening to assess technical fit, communication skills, and overall suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up to ensure a smooth process.
Maintain accurate records of the hiring pipeline and update trackers or ATS systems regularly.
Build and maintain a steady candidate pipeline for recurring or high-priority roles.
Handle offer discussions, basic negotiation, and pre-onboarding coordination.
Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job platforms.
Basic understanding of common IT skills, job descriptions, and technology stacks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider recruitment team.
