The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, guiding a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely and quality submissions. You will be the primary point of contact (POC) for SI clients and must have a strong grasp of IT recruitment processes across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary POC for assigned System Integrator clients-handling JD intake, feedback loops, and SLA management. Lead a team of recruiters to source, screen, and close positions across junior to senior levels.
