Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Manager IT & Non-IT Staffing (India Market)

Location:

Company:

dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new clients across IT & Non-IT verticals for Contract, C2H, and Full-time hiring.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships ensuring consistent business growth.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery and quality targets.
Participate directly in sourcing and candidate submissions when needed.
Handle end-to-end business development cycles including proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client delivery and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of experience
in Business Development / Account Management in
staffing or talent acquisition
(India domestic market).
Proven record of client acquisition and account handling.
Exposure to Middle East staffing or client management
preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Hands-on recruitment/sourcing experience is an added advantage.
