Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Recruiter Domestic Hiring (C2H) to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end domestic IT/non-IT recruitment , especially in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent positions for leading clients across India. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic (India) clients primarily C2H and permanent positions. Partner with Account Managers / Delivery Leads to understand client requirements, job descriptions, and expectations. Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, references, social media, etc.). Screen and shortlist candidates based on required skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate engagement until joining. Maintain a consistent candidate pipeline to meet client demands within turnaround timelines (TAT). Update and maintain candidate and job details accurately in the ATS/CRM system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. 2-6 years of experience in domestic recruitment , preferably in IT C2H hiring. Strong understanding of the Indian job market , hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Experience working with staffing / consulting / RPO firms is highly desirable.
