Your attention to detail and resourcefulness will be key in this dynamic role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Data Collection and Cleaning:** - Gather, clean, and process data from various sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. - **Data Analysis and Reporting:** - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Create clear and insightful reports and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels. - **Data Modeling:** - Develop predictive models and perform statistical analyses to support business forecasting and decision-making. - **Dashboard Development:** - Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools for real-time reporting. - **Collaboration:** - Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other departments to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable reports. - **Database Management:** - Query large datasets using SQL or other data management tools and ensure data integrity. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, cleaning, and reporting methodologies. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. - **Experience:** - Minimum of X years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an industry sector. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in SQL and database management. - Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker. - Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and complex functions. - Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling using tools like Python, R, or similar. - **Analytical Skills:** - Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations. - **Problem-Solving:** - Analytical skills to analyze complex data and present solutions effectively. - **Communication:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Familiarity with cloud data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure. - Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes.
