Domestic Technical Recruiters & Account Managers (C2H Specialists)

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for domestic IT requirements.
Handle
C2H hiring mandates
with a strong focus on contract-to-permanent conversion.
Source niche and senior technical profiles using
LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals like Naukri
.
Work closely with delivery and account teams to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and client expectations.
Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience:
18 years in
Domestic IT Recruitment
.
Client Exposure:
Must have
prior experience working with Big Four MNC clients
(mandatory).
Recruitment Model:
Strong expertise in
C2H staffing
.
Geography:

Only Domestic Recruitment experience is acceptable. US/International recruitment experience will NOT be considered.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
