Your role We are looking for an M365 System Administrator: * Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of M365 services, namely; Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Apps / Power Automate, Co Pilot and Viva Engage). * Manage and operate the Microsoft Azure platform, infrastructure and cloud services for the M365 related products that are on-boarded and supported. * Ability to monitor M365 service usage, performance and troubleshoot issues. * Able to analyse errors, including call quality for platforms such as Microsoft Teams, and define appropriate corrective measures through utilising data analytics toolsets. * Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Networks, Voice and Multimedia to resolve incidents and improve stability of the platform and products, whilst ensuring continuous compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. * Responsible for adherence to internal KPCI and Risk Controls, requiring the producing and management of monthly KPCI reports as evidence of control compliance. * Document best practice guides for operating M365 services. * Track record of identifying and implementing process and operational improvements, including the use of automation enhancements where applicable. * Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to peers and colleagues from L1 / L2 support teams, enabling internal upskilling and development. * Able to work both proactively and reactively, driving reliability, stability and operational excellence. * Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, including flexibility with working hours as and when required. * Active participator in incident / problem management processes, acting as an escalation point for M365 support cases. Your team You will be working in the End User Services division as a member of the Messaging and Collaborations Team in Pune, India. This role is part of 3rd level team of engineers that support a diverse set of applications including email and messaging services, unified communications platforms, voice recording and M365 Cloud services. This position requires large enterprise experience with mission critical infrastructure management. This role fits into a global organisation working with other regional teams and collaboration is key for success. Your expertise * A minimum of 3+ years' experience as an M365 System Administrator, with practical knowledge of on-boarding, migrating, integrating, configuring, upgrading and supporting M365 services. * Excellent knowledge of core M365 Services, including Exchange Online & On- Premise, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. * Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, Certification as a minimum requirement, with AZ-104 certification preferred). * Core skills and experience of Wintel Server, Networking & PowerShell. * Good foundational understanding in Agile Methodologies, AI Operations, ITIL, Data Analytics, PowerBI and Microsoft Modern Service Management. * Track record of successful problem analysis and resolution, with extensive hands-on IT support experience. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Good report writing and documentation skills, and a strong verbal communicator. * Able to present concepts, ideas and recommendations in a clearly structured and logical fashion. * Self-motivated, able to prioritise, good time management and is goal driven. * Collaborative nature; willing to share ideas, debate solutions, to achieve consensus on the best way to drive the service forward for the betterment of the organisation. * Able to work in a high pressure and time critical environment. * Experience working in a financial or regulated sector, and aware of best practices.

Skills Requirement: • 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer with 3+ years as Data Architect. • Proficiency in Snowflake with Hands-on experience with Snowflake features such as clustering, materialized views, and semi-structured data processing. • Experience in designing and building manual or auto ingestion data pipeline using Snowpipe. • Design and Develop automated monitoring processes on Snowflake using combination of Python, PySpark, Bash with SnowSQL. • SnowSQL Experience in developing stored Procedures writing Queries to analyse and transform data • Working experience on ETL tools like Fivetran, DBT labs, MuleSoft • Expertise in Snowflake concepts like setting up Resource monitors, RBAC controls, scalable virtual warehouse, SQL performance tuning, zero copy clone, time travel and automating them. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Relevant certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core / Advanced) are a must have. • Must have expertise in AWS. Azure, Salesforce Platform as a Service (PAAS) model and its integration with Snowflake to load/unload data. • Strong communication and exceptional team player with effective problem-solving skills Educational Qualification Required: • Masters degree in Business Management (MBA / PGDM) / Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Around 8-10 years of delivery experience in end-to-end technology implementation life cycle and/or operate of technology solutions/platforms. * Direct experience in Client-facing roles in such technology implementation/operate projects is mandatory. * Sound working knowledge of technology platforms (e.g., ERP / CRM / Cloud, etc.). * Experience in reviewing/preparing responses to RFPs, developing proposals. * Good communication and relationship management skills. * Detail-oriented and ability to grasp different concepts quickly. * Adept at working under deadlines. * Review of RFPs for identification of risks. * Guidance to the pursuit teams/business teams through the risk consultation process for identifying potential risk mitigation measures. * Assistance to the leadership by providing inputs on key risks during risk consultation discussions.
