Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Build and maintain a
steady pipeline of qualified candidates
for ongoing and future requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to
understand role requirements
and ensure timely fulfillment.
Utilize various platforms
LinkedIn, ( Naukri Mandotary), Indeed, referrals, and social media
— to identify and engage top talent.
Coordinate and ensure
interview readiness
for candidates and hiring teams.
Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
Maintain an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in
IT Domain
Strong experience in
active sourcing, pipeline management, and stakeholder coordination
.
Proficiency in using
job portals, ATS systems, and professional networking sites
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open roles with efficiency and ownership.
