Location - Wada ( 60km from thane) Experience - 10 - 15 years We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Head to lead and manage end-to-end operations at our sustainable rubber recycling facility . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing , with proven expertise in plant management , process optimization , and team leadership . The role requires a commitment to sustainability, safety, and operational excellence . Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations , safety protocols, and company standards. Lead cross-functional teams and manage workforce planning, training, and performance management. Monitor and manage plant budgets, KPIs, and operational targets. Coordinate with senior management on strategy, reporting, and resource planning. Implement and scale sustainable practices and green technologies in line with company values. Manage vendor and supplier relationships related to equipment, raw materials, and waste handling. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/processing plant , with at least 5 years in a leadership or Plant Head role . Prior experience in rubber recycling, waste management, or related industries is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for sustainability and innovation in industrial processes.
