You are a skilled and experienced Rubber Compound Mixing Supervisor responsible for leading the mixing mill department at Revata Engineering, a well-recognized manufacturer and supplier of equipment for the Oil & Gas industry based in M.I.D.C., Bhosari, Pune. Your primary role involves overseeing the complete mixing process, managing operations, and ensuring productivity and safety within the department. Your key responsibilities include supervising all mixing mill operations, scheduling and coordinating operators, monitoring and maintaining mill equipment, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting mixing issues, maintaining production records, ensuring safety protocols are followed, conducting training for operators, collaborating with maintenance, driving continuous improvement projects, liaising with other departments, handling staff matters, and leading shift handovers. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Diploma or degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, Mechanical/Production Engineering, or a related field along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rubber mixing operations. Supervisory experience is preferred. You should have a strong technical understanding of rubber mixing machinery, the ability to interpret formulation sheets accurately, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving aptitude, commitment to workplace safety, and physical fitness to work in a factory environment. He will be responsible for all activities related to stock preparation, tire building and curing. Skill & Experience In-depth knowledge of Agriculture Radial or PCR tire engineering & Process technology. Hands on experience in process technology and trouble shooting. Sound knowledge of Analyzing field return tire and plan corrective & preventive actions. Usage of analytical tools & technique to address the problem and provide the solutions. Should have hands on experience in analyzing and understanding field related issues to provide the guidance for improvements. Good knowledge of computer skill for MS-Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) for report preparation. System orientation and organized working behavior.
