Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations , safety protocols, and company standards. Lead cross-functional teams and manage workforce planning, training, and performance management. Monitor and manage plant budgets, KPIs, and operational targets. Coordinate with senior management on strategy, reporting, and resource planning. Implement and scale sustainable practices and green technologies in line with company values. Manage vendor and supplier relationships related to equipment, raw materials, and waste handling. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/processing plant , with at least 5 years in a leadership or Plant Head role . Prior experience in rubber recycling, waste management, or related industries is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control .
