Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of technical roles. This position requires a deep understanding of the IT hiring landscape, a proactive approach to sourcing top talent, and strong expertise in Boolean search techniques. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work independently, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for IT and engineering roles. Advanced Sourcing: Leverage Boolean search, X-ray search, and social recruiting methods to identify and attract both active and passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, and internal databases. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with delivery heads and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels, ensuring efficient process management. Offer Management: Draft, extend, and negotiate offers while maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the offer stage. Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline of pre-screened candidates for key positions and future requirements. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements to ensure competitive and effective hiring strategies. ATS & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate regular recruitment reports and dashboards for internal reviews. Qualifications: Bachelors / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 37 years of experience in IT recruitment Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques and sourcing passive talent. Familiarity with a wide range of technical roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.). Strong understanding of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, or similar platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working with clients in both product and service domains. Exposure to working with ATS tools and maintaining hiring dashboards. Knowledge of diversity hiring practices and current HR compliance standards.
