Job Title:

IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Handle the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
— sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Specialize in C2H hiring
across various IT skill sets and domains.
Use
Boolean search
, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify top IT talent.
Market mapping
and competitor analysis to build a strong candidate pipeline for critical mandates.
Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates.
Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers to ensure transparency and control in the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years of experience in
IT recruitment
, preferably in
contract staffing/C2H
hiring.
Strong knowledge of
sourcing strategies
, Boolean logic, and tech hiring trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Proficient in working with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment dashboards.
