We are an IT Solutions and Talent Services company Specialized in building Product Engineering teams for GCCs and startups and we provide Services like Talent Augmentation, Contract & Permanent Staffing, Bulk Hiring, GCC/Captive Staffing, Capacity Planning. Arise TechGlobal serves clients in India, USA, Europe, and the Middle East, operating from its state-of-the-art offshore development Centre (ODC) and offices located in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our Technical Hiring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in the IT industry for both Contract and Permanent staffing and develop strategies to approach and engage them. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. 4. Proposal Development: Work with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives. 5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. 6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. 8. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Skills: Proven expertise in formulating and executing strategic business initiatives to drive organizational growth and success. Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management within the IT staffing sector, with a solid track record of delivering results. Proficient in cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual success. Exemplary negotiation capabilities, consistently securing advantageous terms and closing high-value deals. Highly skilled in market analysis, identifying emerging trends, and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand market share. Comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies and processes, with a focus on achieving tangible, measurable outcomes. Exceptional problem-solving acumen, adept at navigating challenges and implementing innovative solutions that align with strategic objectives. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of industry dynamics and technical intricacies relevant to business operations, enabling informed decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
