Description
Lead Fullstack Architecture & Technical Strategy Drive the technical direction for fullstack and frontend architecture across the platform Build scalable, user-centric web applications using Angular, Node.js, or other modern equivalents Design robust, high-performance, and maintainable UIs and APIs optimized for functionality, scalability, and long-term sustainability Continuously improve usability, performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and streamline delivery - this is a core aspect of the role Own Product Experiences End-to-End Adopt a product ownership mindset: engage users to understand goals, pain points, and workflows Translate business and customer needs into effective technical solutions and feature designs Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product features and direction Define and iterate on UI/UX patterns using real-time feedback and usage analytics Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features Champion Engineering and UI/UX Excellence Stay ahead of the curve on web standards, cloud-native design patterns, and AI dev tooling Advocate for development best practices - modular, testable, and maintainable code Push the boundaries of frontend performance, accessibility, and UI/UX innovation Foster a strong, collaborative engineering culture focused on quality, speed, and innovation Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 10-15 years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong frontend focus Deep expertise in Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, and other modern JS frameworks Solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI/UX principles Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases Strong command of scalable systems, cloud native architecture, and CI/CD pipelines Proven ability to drive product thinking and own outcomes, not just deliverables Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools - this is core to how we build at speed Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
