The HR Technology team is dedicated to modernizing and optimizing HR processes through automation, integration, and innovation. This role is pivotal in building scalable HR solutions that directly impact employee experience across the organization. By developing, integrating, and optimizing workflows, the role ensures HR services are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly. This position bridges technical expertise with business needs, enabling the organization to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable value to both employees and HR teams
Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)
  • Develop new ServiceNow solutions to HR stakeholders.
  • Work on enhancements and changes for existing ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Debug and identify root cause of issues and propose solutions.
  • Perform unit testing.
  • Provide support for product testing, upgrade testing and UAT.
  • Follow change management process and deploy the changes to production.
  • Create technical and functional documentation.
  • Provide demos to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)
Functional Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in implementing HR Case Management, COEs, Knowledge Management, HR Portal, Employee Document Management, Employee Relations, and Onboarding modules in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in developing and delivering solutions using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end users, stakeholders, and management.
  • Ability to translate HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and enhancing employee experience through HR technology.
  • Creating functional and technical documentation for the solutions implemented.
Technical Skills:
  • 1-4 years of development experience in ServiceNow preferably in HRSD module.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing HR Case management, COEs, Knowledge Management,
    HR Portal, Employee Document management, Employee Relations, and Onboarding modules in ServiceNow.
  • Extensive experience in creating or modifying client scripts and server-side scripts in ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) with experience customizing ServiceNow portals and widgets.

  • Reports to: Associate Director - HRIT
  • Partners: HR Functions and cross-functional teams.
