Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across various domains (Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Science, etc.) for domestic clients.
Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Source candidates using a variety of methods including job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fitment, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly reports.
Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR and the client.
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor hiring activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
Deep understanding of IT roles and skills (Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.).
Strong experience working with Indian job portals (especially Naukri).
Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Excel reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
