We're Hiring: Domestic IT Recruiter | Noida, Sector 62 | Onsite Company - Mckinsol Technologies Role: Domestic IT Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite role) Experience: 2+ years in Domestic IT Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidates. Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in IT staffing or permanent/contract staffing. Strong understanding of domestic it recruitment market trends and industry standards. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
