About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions from

understanding client requirements to ensuring successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms (Job Portals, social media,

Networking, ATS, etc.).

• Submit relevant profiles within the given timelines and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate and follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and

onboarding.

• Manage recruitment for all kinds of IT roles, regardless of budget or experience level.

• Maintain and update candidate information accurately in the internal data.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with ATS and major job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle diverse roles and meet tight deadlines.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused approach.
