About the Role :

Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for domestic hiring across multiple domains.
  
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), social media, referrals, and networking.
  
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  

Required Skills :

• 15 years of experience in domestic recruitment (Non-IT/IT/BPO—customize as needed).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with major job portals.
  
• Ability to close positions within defined timelines.
  
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
