Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute a residential house construction project independently at our Nellore site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, supervising, and coordinating all activities related to house construction from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the house construction project, from site preparation to finishing. Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and construction schedules. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and execution. Manage labor and supervise daily site activities to ensure quality and timeline compliance. Monitor material usage and control wastage. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards on-site. Maintain project documentation and report progress to management regularly. Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in independently handling residential building projects . Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings. Proficient in project management and site execution. Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be available to join immediately and relocate/stay in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh .
