As a Quality Engineer in the WMEL department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will be involved in the development and implementation of quality control systems, and you will work closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
As an Assistant Manager in Project Coordination, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans.
Treasury Activity: 1. Collect all information from Treasury Team needed to calculate the working on fortnightly basis. 2. Prepare the IGAAP working of Bonds, ICD, GOI, Mutual Fund & Verify with Bank & MF Statement every fortnight 3. Prepare the IndAs working of Bonds, ICD, GOI, Mutual Fund & Verify with Valuation Report quarterly 4. Payment and Receipt entry in SAP. 5. Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of working. 6. Follow up for pending documents and contact concern person when assigned. Payment & Booking Activity: 1. Payment & Booking of PF, ESIC, Water payment & other Statutory payment in SAP. Banking Activity: 1. Reconcile Commercial Paper Statement 2. Reconcile Bank Statement with SAP for treasury accounts Financial Activity: 1. Reconcile Inter Company Balances 2. Reconcile Non-Current & Current Investment with Stock Holding Report (Including physical). 3. Prepared financials of SPV's other than WMEL and Project companies. Accounts & Finance Activity: 1. Assisting and passing necessary entries for closing of Books of Accounts e.g. ESOP, WIP, Def tax, Gratuity and other audit adjustments. 2. Assisting for providing inputs, information & explanation to statutory auditors of WMEL & SPVs

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be a key member of our WMEL team, responsible for managing and executing engineering projects. You will be involved in all stages of project development, from initial concept, through design, to completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Senior Officer in the HSE_WMEL team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will be tasked with developing and implementing safety programs, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining safety records. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety equipment and tools are in good working condition and are used correctly.
1. Study the scope of work in consultation with the contractor and understand the timelines. 2. Prepare the baseline program for the project 3. Plan site activities by appropriate coordination with client / Sub-contractor/ Vendors / HO and other departments. 4.Prepare Back log Report, Critical path analysis, Root cause analysis, look ahead plans and rolling plans. 5. Prepare of MIS reports, monthly reports, daily progress reports, cash-flow etc. Project related Software 6.Ensure timely generation of bills & their certification 7. Ensure Sub-contractor bills are certified in line with client certification. 8. Strict monitoring of costs & COS on regular basis and generate periodic cost report. 9.Identify areas of risks and slippages in advance and raise alarm signals to enable site management to take corrective action 10.Monitor Physical as WMELl as financial progress of the project 11.Collate report from Quality, Execution and Safety Teams and send the consolidated report to the management
