Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, C2C, H1B, W2, US IT Recruitment, and other sources. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and reference checks for prospective hires. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of US IT market trends and regulations (W2/C2C/H1B). Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using tools like Dice or similar platforms for job posting creation.
